golf Tournaments

Our team is focused planning and delivering successful tournaments tailored to your vision. We have many clients from charities, not-for-profit, corporate and schools.

Our 19-hole championship course layout is ideal for hosting events of all sizes (12 – 144 golfers).  Shotgun events are held Monday-Wednesday and tee-time events can be scheduled Thursday-Sunday (time restrictions may apply).

Morning Round: Scramble

• Format:
• Both players tee off on each hole, then select the best shot.
• Both players hit from the selected spot, repeating until the ball is holed.
• Teams must use at least 6 tee shots from each player during the round.
• Scoring: Stroke Play (record the total strokes for each hole).

Afternoon Round: Alternate Shot

• Format:
• Teams of 2 alternate shots using the same ball until the hole is completed.
• Teams alternate tee shots (Player A tees off on odd-numbered holes, Player B on even-numbered holes).
• Scoring: Stroke Play (record the total strokes for each hole).

Cut and Derby Format

• After the two rounds, the Top 10 Teams (or top 20% of the field, depending on size) based on the combined score advance to the final derby hole.

Final Derby Hole

• Format: Alternate Shot
• The teams that make the cut compete in a sudden-death derby on the 18th hole.
• All qualifying teams play the hole at the same time, with the team furthest from the hole playing first.
• The team with the highest score on the hole is eliminated.
• Continue playing additional derby holes until only one team remains.
